Binge Watching Entertainment Movies Netflix Stranger Things

This Stranger Things mixtape is what you need to listen right this second

Created by Matt Duffer, Ross Duffer with big names like Winona Ryder and David Harbour plus the very talented child actors that will simply wishing you were back in the 80s and have such a set of cool friends.

The Netflix’s nostalgia-inducing supernatural hit series Stranger Things. Has just everything very peculiar about it, from the stellar child acting (Eleven 4ever) to the welcome mainstream comeback of Winona Ryder to the spot-on cinematographic and thematic homages to ’80s sci-fi/horror, recalling everything from Alien to Poltergeist to Firestarter — the series’ suspenseful, synth-filled soundtrack is one of its more subtle victories.

The series is set in Montauk, Long Island and is already a bigger hit for Netflix than House of Cards, Daredevil and Narcos.

David Harbour (Jim Hopper) told The Daily Beast of his confidence that “Stranger Things” Season 2 will happen and while you wait we decided to find you this absolutely unreal playlist based on the series.

We found this AMAZING playlist by UK DJ Yoda there is this: an unofficial Stranger Things mixtape,

Aside from featuring the show’s eerie opening theme, the mix incorporates tons of dialogue from the show (“Fireball him!“), as well as fitting hits from the time period and tracks likely included on one of Jonathan Byers’ own cool-older-brother mixtapes for Will, including Toto’s “Africa,” Dolly Parton’s “The Bargain Store,” Corey Hart’s “Sunglasses at Night,” Jefferson Airplane’s “White Rabbit” and Johnny Thunders’ “Can’t Seem to Make You Mine.” It’s more than enough to tide us over until the OST arrives.
